 Elementary School Art Exhibit Setup
(8:30 AM) HG&D Curriculum Document Review

In the fall of 2006, following the deaths of two members of the Brookfield Central High School community in alcohol-related accidents, Brookfield East students, faculty, and administrators gathered to plant 1,400 tulip bulbs outside of the school, one for each of our students. The red tulips symbolize the message of the organization Students Against Destructive Decisions and bloom annually, during the season of high-risk activities like Prom and graduation. They are a living reminder of the importance of making healthy decisions with regards to alcohol and other drugs.
